Publishing an initiative to a limited audience allows you to target some employees. The initiative is not displayed in the search catalogue for all users. It is therefore not visible to everyone. It will only be accessible through a specific URL and link.

On the list of initiatives menu, the visibility of the initiative title will be followed by the word hidden.

How to limit the visibility of an initiative ?

  1. When creating an initiative, in the Settings, check the box This initiative must be visible in the catalog

  2. Complete the initiative creation and share the URL via email or internal messaging.

  3. Employees can sign up for the initiative by clicking on the link.

How to give public access to an initiative ?

Likewise, it's possible to make the initiative visible/invisible to external users, i.e who don't have an account on the platform.
