1. Make sure you are on My Catalog menu
2. Select the Initiatives tab
. Click on + Create an initiative
Fill all required information such as :
language
dedicated company (only if a network is set)
partner organization (only appear the ones that grant you with the right to create initiatives of their behalf)
title
initiative details
picture and video
pdf
planning information
location
practical information
details such as area of action, required expertise...
contact details such as points of contact: coordinator and other contacts
Indicate whether your volunteers' registrations will be automatically approved
Indicate whether you will edit the content of the automatic confirmation emails
Define the recurrence of the automatic reminder emails
