A local ambassador is a user who is listed as contact person to other users in the company on the homepage and in the user's dashboard.

In order to define a local ambassador :

  1. Go to the Administration menu

  2. Click on Company

  3. Select General Information

  4. Click on Add a local ambassador

  5. Type the first letter of the ambassador name

  6. Define their perimeter (free text for title, department, building ...)

  7. Save
