Initiative types

  • One-time Volunteering: short and one-time initiative that do not require expertise (meal distribution, help with an event).

  • Skills: skills transfer initiatives (HR consulting, communication assistance, accounting assistance).

  • Mentorship: initiatives requiring a longer commitment to accompany a beneficiary (mentoring).

  • Event: short missions aimed to inform the employee about a cause or a theme through an embedding video, quiz, podcast, or an online awareness event.

Deeds

Challenges: ideal for all commitments that the employee can make independently, without being in direct contact with the organization.

Donations

  • Fundraising: allows volunteers to make a donation directly from the platform to financially support the association

  • Matched fundraising: allows the company to make a financial donation in addition to the volunteer's financial donation.

  • Matched time donation: allows the company to make a financial donation in addition to the volunteer's time donation.
