Application & Discussion:
The volunteer can initiate a discussion with the program coordinator as soon as their application is submitted.
Once the application is approved, the coordinator will reach out to suggest mentees that align with the volunteer's profile. If any tasks have been assigned, the volunteer is responsible for completing them before proceeding to the next step.
Searching for a Mentee: Once the volunteer's application has been accepted by the mentorship program coordinator, the status "Searching for a Mentee" will be assigned. An automatic reminder will be sent each month to check if the volunteer has found a mentee. If a mentee is found, the volunteer can confirm the date or period of engagement.
Awaiting Manager Approval: Once a mentee is found, and depending on the company's parameters, the volunteer's manager will be asked to approve the mentorship application.
In Progress: The volunteer is encouraged to review their mentorship mission every quarter. In some cases, a summary of the dates will be provided, and with a single click, additional dates can be added if needed.
Awaiting Confirmation (Mission Accomplished!):
The volunteer can complete the mission at any time before the end of the period. Participation can be recorded in the reporting without having to wait until the initial period ends.
